As I adapt to the new reality of an online school, I have been examining a variety of approaches. This has meant spending time on adjustments to the website itself, mostly in the background. That has been a distraction from producing new videos.
But I am now back to production mode, and will be posting new videos every day. (I have posted a few dozen already in the past month.)
The latest new page is called Tai chi workouts. This will offer complete workout classes of varying durations for students of all levels.
A one-hour beginner workout was added today.
This is a an introductory workout, based on the postures and movement of the 10-form tai chi. There is some good basic information in this video. All students should do this workout at least once. Beginners should do it daily until they feel comfortable with it.
