I will be posting a variety of tai chi workouts, of varying lengths, for students of all levels.
Level 1 : 1-hour workout
This is a an introductory workout, based on the postures and movement of the 10-form tai chi. There is some good basic information in this video. All students should do this workout at least once. Beginners should do it daily until they feel comfortable with it.
Level 2: 1-hour workout
This is a follow up to the level 1 workout, based on the postures and movement of the 10-form tai chi. If you are comfortable with the level 1 workout, you might want to try this one. Beginners should do it daily until they feel comfortable with it.
Level 3: 1-hour workout
This is a slightly more challenging workout, and includes elements of the 24-form tai chi and the 10-form tai chi. If you are comfortable with the level 2 workout, you might want to try this one. Beginners should do it every 3 days until they feel comfortable with it. Then every 2 days for a while to be sure that it is comfortable. Finally, you can do it every day until you are ready to move on to more challenging routines.
