This routine is based mostly on the several different versions of Chen style taijiquan that I have studied over the years. It is not what you might call a “Standard” Chen style, and some the choreography is rarely seen anymore.
I plan to post some more standard Chen style videos in the future.
I consider this an advanced routine due to the complexity of the choreography. I recommend that students first learn the 26-Section Foundation Routine, which is based on traditional Yang Style Tai chi.
