14 – White Crane Spreads its Wings

White Crane Spreads its Wings is also called “White Goose spreads its wings” or “Stork cools its wings.” It represents the energy of 靠 kào, which is often translated as “Shoulder strike” or “Shoulder stroke”.

Sometimes we call it “Big bird waves goodbye.”
